Excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to join an award-winning law firm.

Our client is a leading South West law firm with an excellent reputation. They are currently looking for a Paralegal to join their supportive Employment team in Exeter.

The role will involve providing paralegal support to the firm's employer advisory service, HR team, and the broader Employment team. Within the HR service, you will be advising their employer clients (over the phone and via email), providing supporting letters and documents, carrying out research, drafting contracts and handbooks, etc. With regards to the broader team, you will be involved in supporting partners and senior fee earners with litigation and dispute work, corporate support work (including large-scale redundancies, restructuring and transfers of businesses), etc. 

To be considered, you must must be a paralegal with a strong academic background. Ideally, you will have employment law experience.
