Residential Conveyancer – Bristol / hybrid

First rate opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Conveyancing Executive / Chartered Legal Executive / Senior Paralegal to join a leading Real Estate team in Bristol on a permanent basis.

This is a diverse and varied role, working across all areas of Plots conveyancing for a range of housebuilder clients. It is an exciting and challenging position for an experienced conveyancer who enjoys working in a supportive environment. You will work closely with clients acting for them in the sale of their new build plots, some of which will be using purchasing schemes, and supporting a full range of conveyancing requirements.

The Real Estate department supports clients on a range of matters, from large land acquisition deals right through to plot sales. Their strong reputation in the residential sector is based on many years' experience advising residential developers and house-builders.

To be considered, you must have Plots sales or residential property conveyancing experience gained within a similar role.

On offer is a competitive salary (of up to £45,000) and an attractive benefits package. This will be a hybrid role where where you will be able to work 2 days from home each week.
