Employment Paralegal – Bristol

Our client is a highly-regarded law firm with offices in Bristol and South Wales. They are currently looking for a Paralegal to join their friendly Employment team in Bristol.

The hiring team deals with all aspects of employment law including litigation and advisory work for both employees and employers. The type of work the team deals with on a day-to-day basis includes advising on unfair dismissal claims, discrimination and whistle blowing. They also provide advisory HR services, such as advising on employee handbooks and the drafting of employment contracts. The role will involve running your own caseload of matters as well as supporting the fee earners in the team with their caseloads.

To be considered, you must be an experienced paralegal with a background in employment law.
