Litigation Legal Executive or Senior Paralegal - Bristol or Cardiff
Excellent opportunity for a Legal Executive or Senior Paralegal to join a well-established national law firm.
Our client is a dynamic national law firm with offices spread throughout the UK. They are currently looking for a Legal Executive or Senior Paralegal to join their Property Litigation team in Bristol or Cardiff.
The role will involve running your own property litigation caseload. You will be acting mainly for individuals in assessing the prospects of bringing a claim against a neighbouring property owner in trespass, nuisance, breach of covenant etc. The role will largely involve assessing the prospects of a claim succeeding, and pushing forward claims with merits to conclusion be that via negotiation, mediation or trial.
To be considered, you must be an experienced senior case handler with a background in litigation. Previous property litigation experience is not essential.
On offer is a competitive salary starting from £33,000 (depending on experience) and an attractive benefits package. This role has the option of being part office working and part remote working or fully remote working.
