Excellent opportunity for a Senior Conveyancer to join a highly-regarded national law firm.
Our client is an award-winning UK law firm with offices spread across the South of England. They are currently looking for a Senior Conveyancer to join their dynamic Conveyancing team in Bristol or Taunton.
The role will involve specialising in Islamic finance work. You will be managing your own caseload which will consist of acting for several bank clients in purchases and refinance transactions. You will be managing matters throughout the span of their lifecycle and undertaking various tasks e.g. reviewing key documentation, managing completion and resolving client due diligence issues. You will drive forward each transaction, understanding each client's specific requirements and acknowledging the intricacies of their instructions.
To be considered, you must must have prior experience of working property transactions and have experience handling a busy caseload.
