Warehouse Operative – Winchester (Permanent)            £27,000

We’re stepping a little outside our usual scope with this one, but after years of working closely with this valued client, we’re committed to helping them find two exceptional team members for their Warehouse. This role is more than just moving products, it is about contributing to the company’s success through precision, communication, and teamwork.

As part of this role, you’ll help ensure timely delivery of their outstanding products while showcasing great planning, problem-solving, and customer care skills. If you’re someone who thrives on a challenge and values excellence, read on!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Carefully packing vans with products for delivery.
• Preparing point-of-sale orders for shipment via DPD.
• Efficiently packing pallets and managing warehouse stock.
• Keeping the freezers and warehouse organised and tidy.
• Loading and unloading lorries with precision and care.
• Putting away incoming deliveries promptly.
• Assisting with occasional deliveries, acting as a brand ambassador.

What We’re Looking For:

• Top-Notch Driving Skills: A valid license suited to the vehicles you’ll drive, and the ability to handle the road with exceptional passive driving skills.
• Navigation Know-How: Confidence in using a paper map when technology isn’t an option.
• Laser Focus: An ability to concentrate for extended periods and stay alert.
• Meticulous Attention to Detail: From pre-drive vehicle checks to staying updated on traffic disruptions like road closures or events.
• Outstanding Customer Care: Represent the company with professionalism, patience, and a calm demeanour, even in challenging situations.

This role goes beyond routine tasks, it is about being a vital part of the company’s journey and ensuring their amazing products reach customers seamlessly.

The hours for this role are 2.00pm until 10.15pm- Sunday to Thursday. A clean driving licence is essential.
