In this role, you will assist associates with diary management, event planning, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide diary management assistance, including international travel arrangements, visa applications, vaccination/testing adherence, itinerary preparation, and timely delivery of materials.
- Regularly review associate's schedules to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients to organise events and execute projects seamlessly.
- Conduct account management calls with associates to review pipeline data and define actionable plans.
- Support sales opportunities through proposal creation, call coordination, and query resolution.
- Collaborate with the team to distribute and manage delivery materials.
- Schedule coaching sessions and workshops.
- Participate in weekly pipeline review meetings.
- Assist with larger client project preparation and delivery.
- Submit monthly associate expense receipts, assign project codes, and address finance-related queries.
- Draft assignment contracts for associates before work commencement.
- Support finance data reconciliation and ensure accurate associate invoicing.
- Host and facilitate Associate engagement sessions.
- Provide ad-hoc off-site project support.
- Cover telephone and office rota duties as needed.

Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of two years in a similar personal/executive assistant or project management role.
- Experience in project coordination and/or management.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Planner, and Forms.
- Strong IT skills and the ability to operate across multiple platforms.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
