Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Admissions to develop strategic marketing campaigns that align with ECU's goals and objectives in Sri Lanka.
  2. Plan Promotional Campaigns: Design and execute promotional activities to enhance the visibility and reputation of ECU Sri Lanka Campus, ensuring consistency with global brand standards.
  3. Social Media Strategies: Supporting the team to develop and implement effective social media strategies tailored to the Sri Lankan market, utilizing platforms to engage with prospective students and stakeholders.
  4. Collaboration with Australian Team: Work closely with the brands and marketing teams at ECU Australia to ensure alignment of messaging and brand coherence across all marketing efforts.
  5. Student Recruitment Support: Contribute to student recruitment strategies by providing insights, implementing marketing initiatives, and participating in recruitment events and activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree would be advantageous.
  • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within the education sector or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in English; proficiency in Sinhala and Tamil would be an asset
