Key Responsibilities:
- Plan Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Admissions to develop strategic marketing campaigns that align with ECU's goals and objectives in Sri Lanka.
- Plan Promotional Campaigns: Design and execute promotional activities to enhance the visibility and reputation of ECU Sri Lanka Campus, ensuring consistency with global brand standards.
- Social Media Strategies: Supporting the team to develop and implement effective social media strategies tailored to the Sri Lankan market, utilizing platforms to engage with prospective students and stakeholders.
- Collaboration with Australian Team: Work closely with the brands and marketing teams at ECU Australia to ensure alignment of messaging and brand coherence across all marketing efforts.
- Student Recruitment Support: Contribute to student recruitment strategies by providing insights, implementing marketing initiatives, and participating in recruitment events and activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree would be advantageous.
- Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within the education sector or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in English; proficiency in Sinhala and Tamil would be an asset
