Salary: GBP35000 - GBP40000 per annum

This vacancy is a brand new opportunity for an experienced Turkish speaking Executive Assistant to join a fascinating company which are a world-leading organisation within the fashion and accessories industry. With offices all around the globe, they are in the need for a proactive Turkish speaker with the prospect to deliver exceptional administrative support to the two Directors in their London office.

You will predominantly perform diverse secretarial duties requiring confidentiality, a strong work ethic and common sense approach. You will be supporting the Executive Director and the Vice President of the company with various tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing busy diaries, inboxes and scheduling appointments for the Executive Director and the Vice President
  • Addressing all incoming enquiries and general correspondence in English and Turkish, as well as coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Assisting with event management, team meetings and supporting with events when required

About you:

The successful applicant will be a diligent, creative, outgoing and energetic individual with demonstrable experience in the fields of Administrative/ Personal Assistant/ Team Secretary/ EA. You will be keen to get involved in the division, be successful at building relationships with stakeholders, departments and be focussed on supporting and facilitating the Executive Director and Vice President busy diaries. Within your role it is essential for you to be flexible regarding working hours as there will be occasional travel to Turkey, Asia and across the UK.

Profile:

  • Fluent in Turkish to a native level and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, EA, Team Assistant or Team Secretary
  • Proven experience of working in fast paced, global, multinational environments
  • Understanding how to approach and work closely with Senior Directors and Stakeholders
  • Impeccable organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
