Xcede are excited to be partnering with a leading retailer in the UK.
You will be responsible for surfacing insight on the effectiveness of the customer experience.
They need someone to design and measure an insight, analytics and research program to understand customer satisfaction across all global touchpoints.
You will also undertake regular reporting on the customer experience to feed into senior leadership forums.
Key skills/experience required:
- Experience with SQL is a must
- Comfortable working with different data types (structured, digital, research)
