This is a brand-new IT Software Asset Manager role created within the business; therefore, it is the opportunity to take the lead and pioneer the function for the whole company, you will have the flexibility of working on a hybrid basis within any office of the business, including Manchester, Leeds, London and Nottingham.  We’re hiring because of the sheer expansion this company is experiencing within a high-growth industry sector.

You’ll be the go-to person company-wide so be interacting with everyone from Software Engineer, Helpdesk Technician and CEO.  It’s a really busy environment and the culture is open-door, so you’ll gain lots of knowledge across the whole business.

As the IT Software Asset Manager, you’ll be taking ownership of the software estate by bridging the gap and negotiating between key stakeholders and suppliers; you will also be ensuring compliance, licenses and procedures are adhered to, you’ll be keeping up to date on the latest technologies, assisting in the creation and forecast of budgets, and will also play a key role in the creation and roll-out of software updates across the user estate.
