About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable High Reach Forklift Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse operations, excellent forklift handling skills, and a commitment to safety. You will be responsible for efficiently moving, stacking, and organizing stock in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a high reach forklift safely and efficiently to move goods and materials.
• Load, unload, and stack products in designated warehouse locations.
• Perform stock rotation and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Assist with order picking, packing, and general warehouse duties as required.
• Conduct daily pre-start checks and routine maintenance on forklifts.
• Follow all workplace health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to optimize workflow.

Requirements:

• Valid High Reach Forklift License (LF) and proven experience operating a high reach forklift.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to lift heavy items and work in a physically demanding role.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking (preferred but not essential).
