Description

Solution Specialist 

  • Collaborate with Sales and System Engineering teams to develop and implement opportunity plans.
  • Draft proposals, RFI, and RFP responses, and coordinate and conduct demonstrations for clients and partners.
  • Assess needs arising from opportunities and liaise with the Product team to prioritize requirements.
  • Produce documents for both internal and external audiences.
  • Develop and conduct training sessions for the sales team as part of the enablement process.
  • Serve as a champion for the organization's cybersecurity offerings.
  • Facilitate coordination across the company for the launch and ongoing updates of products and services.
  • Generate premium marketing materials to aid in lead generation, sales support, and customer engagement, including but not limited to presentations, case studies, blog entries, videos, and webinars.
  • Perform research on market trends, competitor actions, and customer requirements to guide and refine the company’s product strategy, market positioning, and communication.
  • Oversee projections as a Solution Specialist.

 

 



Candidate's Profile
  • 5 years + experience as a Pre Sales Engineer in the Cyber Security industry
  • Business level English, able to speak with clients and APAC colleagues smoothly
