We are looking for a Business Data Analyst for 32 till 40 hours per week in the randstad.

• Support and execute Product Owner / Business Analyst activities in coordinating and driving IT implementations, including user acceptance testing in close collaboration with out test strategists
• Execute against product vision and commitments in an Agile environment.
• Perform large scale data & systems analysis
• Develop understanding of ingested data, metrics, choose appropriate data models and design robust ETL/ELT pipelines together with our data engineers and developers
• Manage and 'own' significant pieces of project deliverables end-to-end from the initial demand, all the way to testing the agreed solution and delivering to production
• Be able to understand complex requirements, come up with high quality solution to address the demand within the 3D Reset Epic and fully explore dependencies and implications on various components of introducing the change
• Survey, analyze and evaluate processes, products and services
• Conduct requirements gathering activities, using a variety of internal and external data and conducting end user interviews
• Act as a linking pin between the team members, IT, investment desks and keep be involved in topics on strategic architecture and design
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and support teams and the organization to remove roadblocks
• Provide documentation of processes and business requirements
• Support solution architects and engineers by describing the business processes, including the organizational structures involved
• Take on project management tasks and services

Your expertise:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst
• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology or equivalent
• Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects
• The ability to interpret a set of technical requirements and develop robust solutions
• Business analysis or project management experience in the financial industry, ideally with background in the asset management industry
• Stakeholder management skills
• Any qualifications like CFA will be an added plus
