Area Location: MUST LIVE Around Bicester or in the area 

12 months contract may go longer or Perm

Role Type: Initially role will be Hybrid to start and then from office. you Must have a  Driving licence will be needed

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of HR operations and contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities

HR Administration:

  - Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  - Manage the HR inbox, responding to queries and redirecting to appropriate team members as necessary.

  - Prepare and issue contracts of employment, offer letters, and other HR-related documentation.

  - Assist with the onboarding process, including preparing induction materials and coordinating induction sessions.

  - Support the administration of employee benefits, including pension schemes, health benefits, and other perks.

 

Recruitment Support

  - Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews

Experience:

At least 2-3 years HR administration experience within a busy company

Experience supporting high volume recruitment campaigns 

Strong attention to detail

Excellent organisational skills

Ability to work on own

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Must been be able to you Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint oh a high level.
