This is a great opportunity for an experienced design engineer looking to move into man management, you would be joining a industry leading company and get to work on a variety of interesting Projects, using Inventor primarily.

The Role:

• Will be using AutoCAD and Inventor in this role.
• Looking after 1 junior designer.
• Designing a range of balers.
• Modernising existing designs and NPI.
• Collaborate across departments, servicing, production and admin to help meet performance and cost targets.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously
• Produce material lists and project costings, working closely with the purchasing department

The Candidate:

• 3+ years experience in Design engineering - Using Inventor or Solidworks.
• Looking to move into Man Management.
• Experience within the Waste/Recycling/Heavy Engineering sectors would be a distinct advantage.
