TOOLMAKER - PORTSMOUTH
£40,000 + 27 days AL + Bank Holidays, Flexible working, Discounted RAC cover, Enhanced Pension Scheme.
Due to ongoing success and company expansion, our client, a specialist manufacturing company are looking to add to their Production team, with a talented Toolmaker joining the company.
We are looking for an experienced Toolmaker. If you're a driven & highly motivated person wishing to craft out a successful and rewarding future in what is a truly unique environment, this could be the role for you. You will be working on a variety of projects and involved with different areas, making this a varied and rewarding role.
THE ROLE:
- Manufacture, repair and modify injection mould tools.
- Manufacture of jigs and fixtures.
- Work closely with mould shop setters & supervisors.
- Work on injection moulds whilst still in machine.
- Assist with the development of tooling processes & preventative maintenance.
- Comply with the schedule and maintenance plan.
- Completion of paperwork based activities.
- Maintain and look after Toolroom equipment.
THE PERSON:
- Apprenticeship trained or Time served.
- Experience working in a busy Toolroom environment.
- Milling and Turning experience.
- Team player.
- Current RTW in the UK.
