General Manager

Salary: 40K - £45K

Gi pro are looking for a General Manager in Warwick for an engineering company who maintain, service and repair Electrical and Mechanical parts for various industries. The ideal candidate will come with previous experience within electrical motors and some management, supervisory or team leader experience. This is a great opportunity for the right person to progress their career into management.

Job Description:

• Consistently drive monthly sales output versus target.
• Ensure all job holder roles are clearly understood, have relevant performance metrics and that appropriate accountability is always maintained
• Appropriate technical machining knowledge with experience in machining a variety of material types.

Ideal Candidate:

• Needs experience of some form of management experience
• Experience of Electrical motor winding and rewinding essential
• Experience with pumps and gearboxes desirable
