Monday - Friday

£15-17per hour
Day to Day duties:
- Managing engineers diaries
- Taking inbound calls from tenants
- Scheduling reactive and planned maintenance
- Liaising with operatives, tenants and clients
- Organisation of external supply companies
- Be able to work in a fasted paced role
They are looking for someone who has previous experience dealing with Social housing operatives working within grounds maintenance, fencing and glazing
