Summary
GI Pro are working with an established engineering company in the North Nottingham area.
The role currently offers Days shifts 6am - 6pm
Rates of pay are £15.31 per hour
This is a full-time role and a temporary to permanent opportunity.
Company – Manufacturer for the construction industry
The role:
- Operating an extrusion machine (training provided based on the candidate having a machinery background and transferable skills)
- Load the moulds, take out the products and put into stock.
- Basic machine maintenance
- Using hand and power tools
The Person:
- Machinist will have experience working in a heavy steel or construction industry and be confident to run large machinery and use hand and power tools.
- Extrusion machinery experience would be very advantageous for this role.
- Ability to work from job lists and measure right amount of materials.
- Following strict health and safety rules
