What you'll do:

With at least 10 years' progressive leadership experience under your belt, you have demonstrated success in managing high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments. Your deep understanding of manufacturing operations, quality control, supply chain logistics, and procurement will be key to driving innovation and optimizing operations. Your fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, coupled with your exceptional communication skills, will enable you to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- A minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in manufacture company
- At least 5 years in a top management role within healthcare furniture or electromedical equipment manufacturing industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
