eCommerce Executive (11/03/25 CN) Guildford, England

Joining a tech-led team based in central Guildford, Surrey, we're a major distributor of IT Hardware for several large brands. As our eCommerce Executive you'll be responsible for running our Amazon account (as well as other marketplaces we sell on), and working closely with our brands to create and analyse sales reports. Your role will include:
• Advertising Campaigns:
o Develop and optimise targeted advertising campaigns to increase product visibility and drive sales.
o Continuously monitor and adjust ad strategies to improve conversion rates, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and sales performance.
• Brand management:
o Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure we're aligned on strategic initiatives and promotions.
o Ensure all brand messaging and product listings are accurate and engaging.
• Inventory management:
o Manage inventory levels to ensure we have enough stock to meet demand.
• Reconciliation & discrepancy resolution:
o Reconcile discrepancies between marketplace reports and our internal systems by raising cases, and compiling evidence to win reimbursements.
• Product Research & Opportunity Identification:
o Research and identify new products that should be added to our Amazon portfolio based on market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.

• Account Monitoring & Performance Metrics:
o Monitor account metrics to ensure we are exceeding Amazon's targets and maintaining a positive customer experience
• Revenue & Profitability Growth:
o Drive growth in revenue and profitability on Amazon and other marketplaces.
o Analyse sales data to track performance and identify opportunities.
