Role Overview

You will play a vital role in ensuring effective communication with our customers regarding planned power outages. This position requires proactive customer contact, providing up-to-date information, and ensuring excellent service delivery. We seek individuals with outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive Customer Contact: Initiate communication with customers about planned power outages, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure customers receive top-notch service, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Identify Vulnerable Customers: Recognise vulnerabilities during customer interactions and confidently discuss available support services.
  • Internal Coordination: Communicate effectively with engineers and office staff to ensure seamless information flow and service delivery.
  • Flexibility and Support: Be available to support during bad weather conditions and flexible with working hours.
