Our client is a global organisation and market leader in their industry. Currently recruiting for a Customer service executive to join the team on a 12 month FTC. Under the FTC you will be still entitled to the great benefits!

Role to start from early January

 

Your role

 

  • Process orders via emails / calls and shared inbox
  • Deal with returns
  • Process stock deliveries
  • Monitor the complete delivery process
  • Send out invoices
  • Arrange special deliveries
  • Handle queries
  • Work closely with internal teams such as account managers
  • Keep in house systems up to date
  • General admin

 

Ideal candidate

 

  • Strong customer service experience
  • Excellent admin skills such as Excel
  • Good systems knowledge SAP would be desirable
  • Ability to multitask
  • Team player
