Our client is a global organisation and market leader in their industry. Currently recruiting for a Customer service executive to join the team on a 12 month FTC. Under the FTC you will be still entitled to the great benefits!
Role to start from early January
Your role
- Process orders via emails / calls and shared inbox
- Deal with returns
- Process stock deliveries
- Monitor the complete delivery process
- Send out invoices
- Arrange special deliveries
- Handle queries
- Work closely with internal teams such as account managers
- Keep in house systems up to date
- General admin
Ideal candidate
- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent admin skills such as Excel
- Good systems knowledge SAP would be desirable
- Ability to multitask
- Team player
