A leader in the Digital Experience Consulting space is hiring for a Senior CRO Consultant to lead the client-facing function, whilst also developing and growing the CRO Function and capabilities across 2 major clients
Company
- The brand offers full-service Digital Transformations for their clients, through website design and build, to offering services that cover Analytics and CRO projects.
- The wider business has dedicated teams to UX and UI, Analytics, and Design, however, there is a vacancy for heading up the CRO function - working across the 2 biggest clients that the business has, this is a crucial role with lots of responsibility and growth potential.
Role
- Working primarily within Adobe Target, you would be working along the full end-to-end AB and MV Testing projects for clients, optimising the performance of the Digital Real Estate of the brand.
- You would be leading a team of CRO Developers and CRO Analysts, utilising the expertise that you have cultivated in previous positions, and whilst not a line management position, you will be a leader in the company.
- The role would also be very client-facing; speaking with internal stakeholders to explain challenges, solutions, and areas where they can grow, meaning that experience within a client-facing position is going to be extremely advantageous.
Skills Needed
- Adobe Target experience is heavily preferred; however, extensive experience in other similar tools such as Google Optimize and Optimizely can be acceptable.
- Client-facing experience again is heavily preferred - being able to manage and develop clients
- A background in Analytics is advantageous

- Base salary up to £70,000
