Are you passionate about data and personalization? Do you thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment? As a Senior Data Analyst, you will support the entire Personalization area at one of our global retail clients, driving impactful changes in how they engage with their customers. The focus has expanded from Product and Content Recommendations to include customer-specific insights and advanced page layout models.
In this new setup, we need a bridge-builder between teams to maximize the potential of our personalization efforts. Your role will be multifaceted, encompassing strategic, organizational, and operational dimensions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic: Help leadership shape the future of personalization. Analyze industry trends, evaluate our current practices, and develop strategies that align with our clients core values.
- Organizational: Foster collaboration among teams by understanding their functions, identifying overlaps and unique strengths, and promoting knowledge sharing and growth opportunities.
- Operational: Quantify the potential of personalization, especially considering our significant in-store sales. Provide innovative ideas to better estimate and leverage personalization’s impact.
Practical information:
- Start date: 15 January 2025
- Contract: 5 months
- Hours per week: 40
- Hourly rate: 70-90 EUR
