Responsibilities:
- Create business development, sales, PR, marketing, advertising, and promotional strategy that addresses market needs
- Oversee the company’s operational plans in the region
- Find and hire strong market talent
- Work with local businesses to gain the needed resources and services
- Develop regular progress and development reports
- Set up production through negotiations with vendors and service providers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing or communications is a plus
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or social media
- 2+ years of management experience
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Strong experience in the marketing field is a plus
- Fluent level English
