UX Researcher
Our client – a global cryptocurrency company are in search for a UX Researcher to join their growing team in Singapore. You will be part of the future of finance technology and the no.1 company in the industry.
About the role:
• Collect and analyze user behavior through server logs, online experiments, benchmark studies, lab studies, usability testing, and surveys.
• Research and collect finding on other products available in the market
• Understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research.
• Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and oral presentations.
• Manage the User Experience Research and product inspection projects.
• Evaluate product usability and UX to contribute to company investment strategy.
Requirements
• At least BA/BS degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Cognitive Science, Experimental Psychology, Anthropology, Information Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• More than 3 years of work experience in an applied research setting.
