Part-Time Accounting Interns needed for an Auto Finance Company in Delaware County.

This is a great opportunity for current college students (Juniors and Seniors) majoring in Accounting or Finance, offering a flexible schedule to work with your class schedule!

 

Job Details for Accounting Intern:

  • Schedule: Part time hours, flexible schedule
  • Pay Rate: $15/hour
  • 3-4 month duration

 

Job Responsibilities & Description for Accounting Intern:

  • Test journal entries and account reconciliations in the file against system reports for compliance with Accounting team’s control objectives.
  • Coordinate with Accounting, Payroll, and Accounts Payable team members to remediate issues identified.
  • Organize checks received in the office and scan in checks issued and other Accounts Payable documentation.
  • Assist and perform various ad hoc projects for the Accounting department and other day-to-day tasks.

 

Job Requirements for Accounting Intern:

  • Actively enrolled in a college or university and at least a Junior with major concentrations in Accounting
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills & attention to detail and highly motivated/proactive
