In this technical support position, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Act as point of contact to provide technical issue resolution via phone and email.
• Resolve complex technical issues from analysis and research to coordination of resources.
• Log and track calls using problem management database

This position includes the following qualifications:

• BA/BS degree (or 4 years of relevant work experience).
• Prior experience troubleshooting technical issues.
• Past experience with a variety of computer systems and technologies
• Strong problem solving skills and customer service skills.
