A financial services firm in the West Village is seeking an Office Coordinator/HR Assistant to join their team. Responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing the company’s daily lunch order, including researching new, fun restaurants to order from, overseeing inventory for a fully stocked kitchen, setting up conference rooms, registering visitors with building security, answering phones, filing, managing FedEx requests, and handling other ad hoc tasks. Will also assist the HR department with recruiting efforts such as scheduling interviews, sourcing and screening resumes, working within the company's ATS system, interacting with agencies, and researching venues for employee engagement events and more. BA/BS required. Ideal applicants will have experience working in an administrative or reception role and a desire to learn about recruiting. Hours are 9am-5pm.
