Part-Time Executive AssistantLocation: Manhattan, New York
UK based investment firm is seeking a part-time Executive Assistant/Office Coordinator to support a team. Duties will include answering phones, greeting visitors, making teas/coffees for guests, ordering lunches, maintaining offices supplies, unpacking deliveries, handling mail, booking car services, calendar and diary management, logging visitors into security, sending expenses to HQ, liaising with IT and other ad-hoc tasks as they arise. Successful candidate will be proactive, responsible and organized; should have experience working in an environment with little direction as this individual will be the sole administrative employee in the office. Seeking a candidate who is available to work 20 hours a week, ideally Monday – Friday from 9am – 12pm. Salary will be based on experience!
