The Company regulates individual legal professionals and law firms by overseeing their education, qualification and continuing competence. They set the standards we expect to see, oversee compliance with them and investigate allegations of non-compliance.

The Role:

An opportunity has arisen to join their small and friendly team as Digital Engagement and Communications Co-ordinator.

You will have sole charge of their website, their social media channels and their online magazine, as well as providing content for other communication and engagement opportunities that support the delivery of their strategy.

Key Requirements:

As well as being an excellent communicator you will need experience of content management systems and social media and will be skilled at building relationships across the Group

  • Optimise use of a range of media to grow engagement with the regulated community
  • Identify, develop and manage new online opportunities, monitor latest developments in digital marketing and advise on extending reach
  • Manage and develop social media outlets including Twitter and LinkedIn to support and grow the online community
  • Commission and co-ordinate regular e-communication content and design and publish comms to develop engagement, cross-referencing content with social media
  • Liaising with managers and the IT team, support the development of action plans for moving business transactions online

Essential Skills

  • Graduate or equivalent
  • Significant CMS experience
  • Training and guiding others in CMS deployment and digital marketing usage
  • Previous experience of using a CRM database.
  • Previous experience of managing web content and writing for web
  • Ability to assess analytics and provide the organisation with monitoring reports to help guide future digital strategy
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft 365
  • Proven ability to choose appropriately from and use a range of communication styles for maximum impact with a range of audiences
