o Customer Care via Inbound Calls, E-mails and conversing in German
o Department’s operation: Monday to Sunday from 09:00 to 24:00
o Training begins on 26/08/2013
o Requested persons: 5



Skills Required:

o Fluent German (C1, C1+)
o Fluent English
o Good PC skills
o Advanced communication skills
