Responsibilities:
o Handle inbound calls
o Identify the best solution of customer queries
o Solve technical issue of customers
o Provide basic trouble shooting
o Handle customer queries by phone, email or chat
Requirements:
o Fluent German and fluent English speaker
o Ready to relocate to Athens Greece.
o Excellent knowledge of computer and technology
o Customer Service focus
