**Do you have experience of working with individuals with Learning Disabilities or Physical disabilities?
**Or are you looking to start a career as a Support Worker?
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join a service in Llandudno, supporting a gentleman with learning disabilities in his own home.
Previous experience of working within the sector would be highly desirable, although my client is able to provide full training.
Providing support to people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, older people, people with Autism and physical disabilities, the successful candidate will be a driver with a passion for making a genuine difference to people's lives.
The duties of the Support Worker role will include; personal care, going out on appointments and day trips, domestic duties and other day to day tasks - so enthusiasm and energy are vital!
Permanent work on a variety of contracts; full time and part time available
Shift Times: 12 hour shifts
Requirements:
- Experience within a care setting is desirable but not essential
- Flexibility and a good work ethic
- You must have a full drivers licence and a car
- You must be over the age of 18
