Business Change Manager – Master Data

Based in Gdansk, they are currently looking for a Business Change Manager with 3+ years professional working experience in a similar environment and previous experience in a Business Change Management role. What will a Business Change Manager do?
- Definition of approach, process and business rules for deduplication of records and supporting in the description of requirements (epics and features) for the technical implementation.
- Interviewing business stakeholders, application owners and branch co-workers in order to understand business processes and reasons for duplicates.
- Preparation of guidelines and work instructions for data management people.
- Hosting/facilitating training sessions for users of data related tools.
- Active co-operation with IT development team and business counterparts.
- Acts as an intermediator in between IT and business.
- Preparing estimations of the scope and quantity to be able to provide input to resourcing.
- Understanding / interpreting result of Data analysis and data profiling.
- Support in creation of epic and feature requirements for technical implementation.
- Verification of technical implementation in user acceptance testing.
- Working in self-driven and responsible manner towards teams and projects goal
The minimum requirements:
- Bachelors/Master’s degree
- 3 years of professional working experience in a similar environment
- Previous experience in a Business Change Management role
- Experience in large scale Data Management project(s) or similar IT development projects
- Familiarity of SaFe and Agile development methodologies
- Advanced command of English
