We’re looking for an ambitious marketer with a hands on attitude and creative flair to join our innovative client within the technology sector based in Worcestershire. This is a brand new role created to fit within an existing team of digital, CRM and product specialists and will be critical in driving engagement and adoption of their award winning business SMS platform.
The role will involve using engaging content to build brand awareness, drive user acquisition and create new demand and business. You’ll work across the marketing, sales and design teams to deliver projects that help accelerate growth. The perfect candidate will be a motivated self-starter who can work well across all levels, has a strong understanding of customer centric marketing and is excited about driving projects from conception to completion to reflection.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
• 3+ years B2B marketing experience, specifically within content marketing and social media
• A flair for copywriting with a focus on writing compelling articles and web content
• Experience of building audiences and engagement through social media
• An understanding of the relationship between content and SEO
• An instinct for stories that will make people take notice, and experience of working alongside the agencies and in-house teams that will bring these stories to life
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and able to work in a team as well as independently
• A creative "make it happen" attitude
Additionally, experience of working with marketing automation platforms, knowledge of SaaS technologies, experience of event management as well as a technical mind-set with the ability to understand the value of emerging technologies would be of advantage and give you an edge.
