Due to rapid growth our highly successful Swindon based client is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting time to join this fast paced and evolving organization who is now looking for a commercially aware and well-rounded marketing manager with a proven track record in delivering impactful and effective marketing activity with demonstrable results.
The ideal candidate will have experience at managing a multi-site operation with local business stake-holders (or similar) and will need to be a strong influencer and able to nurture lasting relationships with colleagues across all levels of the business.
The role itself will involve developing marketing activity in collaboration with local business stake-holders to generate measureable business impact as well as developing and maintaining the company’s portfolio of template based promotions, community events and press releases. This will require adhering to allocated budgets and seeking more cost effective ways of achieving the same results.
Skills and experience we will be looking for:
• Exceptional influencing and leadership skills
• Strong organizational skills and campaign management
• Commercial thinker, with analytical ability
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure
• Experience of a service lead environment
• CIM qualified/Degree equivalent
The role offers a salary of up to 30K with excellent benefits and will involve some travel every 3 – 6 weeks with one or two overnight stays.
