A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded Digital Account Executive to join our client, a Gloucestershire based high performing, award winning creative agency. The successful candidate will have proven marketing experience and be an avid advocate of the use of digital tools in adding value to a company’s commercial strategy and performance.
Key responsibilities will involve taking the lead in helping clients maximise their presence across the web, acting as the primary point of contact for clients to manage their digital projects and briefing online designers as well as web developers. This will also involve creating digital and social media strategies, proposing, designing and implementing digital projects, optimising web content to increase traffic and improve SEO whilst building and maintaining strong, long term client relationships and thus be an effective contributor to business growth.
Ideally, you will have some of the following experience:
• Proven work experience as a digital account manager or senior account executive
• Hands on experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
• Experience of implementing and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
• In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
• Experience with customer service and account management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
