A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious account executive to join our award winning client based in the heart of the Cotswolds. This will suit a bright and enthusiastic individual, keen to turn their hand to a variety of tasks in a busy creative environment with ideally a degree or equivalent in advertising or marketing and some experience of working within a marketing environment.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing live projects ensuring, correct processes and procedures are adhered to
• Working closely with colleagues and other departments to produce great creative and insight driven activity.
• Development of weekly Status Reports, ensuring that these are despatched in a timely fashion
• Participating in meetings and status calls, showing confidence and a thorough understanding of all projects in which you are involved.
• Establishing yourself as a strong account handler both internally and with the client, showing the ability to quickly build relationships, instilling trust & confidence.
• Maintaining clear and accurate documentation, files and recording notes and actions from meetings carefully.
• Demonstrating a strong commercial sense by keeping a budget tracker and finance elements up to date.
• Listening and learning at every opportunity.
As well as the relevant education and experience the ideal candidate will have a methodical approach, and excellent eye for detail with confident and effective communication skills. You’ll need to have good knowledge and experience of using the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. We’ll also be looking for a cooperative, friendly and supportive attitude towards team members, a willingness to participate and above all passion, enthusiasm and ambition to progress within the marketing industry.
The role offers a salary of £18K including a range of excellent benefits.
