A fantastic opportunity for an experienced account executive who is looking to take their next step on the career ladder to join our client, an award-winning marketing agency based in the heart of the Cotswolds. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the agency process, from taking a client’s creative brief through to completion with around 2 years’ marketing experience ideally from within a direct marketing and multi-channel agency environment.
The role will involve managing live end-to-end projects including global, multi-market email and data focused campaigns, ensuring they are delivered to brief and on time. Working as part of the client services team you will be required to participate in weekly status meetings, showing confidence and a thorough understanding of all projects you are involved in. You will be expected to show a strong commercial acumen and keep accurate documentation and up to date files.
As well as relevant experience the successful candidate will have excellent prioritization and teamwork skills in order to handle a fast-paced environment in which multitasking and working to tight deadlines is essential. A strong sense of creative excellence and appropriateness is crucial, as are effective communication skills with the ability to delegate up when necessary and to manage and motivate other departments and external suppliers, inspiring with your passion and enthusiasm.
This is a full time and permanent role on offer for a salary of around £21K including a range of excellent benefits and the chance to work for a highly successful and prolific organization which will offer job progression opportunities to the right candidates over time.
