Our client is a top provider of business service & solutions, professional offices and meeting rooms, and also an extensive network of video communication studios. The company is growing rapidly in Global and China market, and is looking for motivated Centre General Managers to be based in various locations throughout China.
You will have overall responsibility for running a business centre profitably while driving the sales and operations. You will be clearly focused on generating new sales, whilst growing and retaining existing customers by delivering exceptional customer service. Ultimately, the services provided by the Centre General Manager and their team will help attract and retain customers and drive the overall profitability of each centre.
You must have at least 6 years of experience in a business-to-business sales environment. Experienced in self-generation of new business leads, coupled with excellent account management skills and the proven ability to manage and motivate teams to consistently deliver high performance, are highly desirable. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
