Fantastic opportunity lead the development, definition and management of the brand identity for a National Financial Services organisation.
You will take responsibility for the brand's activation across internal and external communications, for consumers and customers alike.
Key responsibilities:
-Lead the planning and deployment of the brand’s implementation across internal and external communications in order to support the business meet its key strategic objectives
-Work closely with the Marketing Planning team in order to lead the development and management of the brand identities and guidelines
-Manage the brand assets in line with the guidelines
-Influence all stakeholders in the deployment of brand guidelines and the visual/ tonal interpretation
- Day to day supplier management of creative agencies in order to ensure widespread understanding and application of our brand across all channels
-Development of any third party sponsorship and partnerships to deliver against brand objectives
- Measurement and interpretation of brand performance against KPI’s
-Lead the delivery of reports and presentations on brand identity issues in order to make recommendations up to Board level
Required skills and experience:
- The ability to develop brand identity and design guidelines
- Proven capability of developing and delivering brand experience
- Interpretation of MI and customer insight to inform brand strategy
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills, in particular the ability to inspire high performance from colleagues
- Well-developed influencing skills at a senior level
- Supplier management
- Budget management
- Management experience and the ability to direct, develop and appraise others
- A strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks with Financial services industry desirable
