We are recruiting a permanent HR Manager for our professional services client based in the centre of Birmingham.  You will need to be experienced across the full partnering remit, from Organisational design, through to managing projects as needed, to coaching and mentoring stakeholders. It is essential that you have experience of leading and managing a team and you are happy to undertake a 9 month contract.

You will need to partner your business areas on strategic people issues, taking account of sector awareness, employee performance and future plans/pipelines, including strategic resource planning. You will also need to partner with the business to develop and review processes / structures, identifying and driving projects as required and seeking opportunities to innovate and introduce/manage change. Attend and actively participate in management/partner meetings.
Support performance management, talent development and succession planning by coaching supervisors. To undertake training needs analysis and working with L&D to design and deliver training programmes that will drive best practice business processes
 
 HR Manager – The Person
·You will need to have the ability to provide practical HR advice in a range of subject areas and proven experience in working with senior management and providing guidance to a range of levels
·You will need to have a stable professional work history, training and background ideally gained professional services.
·Excellent organisational and planning expertise combined with demonstrable written and verbal communication skills
·IT skills – database, Power Point and Excel
·Team player with an ability to work alongside others
·Robust personality able to demonstrate empathy and act as an ambassador for the firm
·You will be naturally comfortable with building internal client relationships and be innovative, enthusiastic and focused on delivering results
