1st Line Support Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst – City of London – Windows, MS Office, Active Directory, Exchange, Team Viewer - £35,000

A market-leading financial organisation based in the City of London is currently looking to hire a talented and enthusiastic 1st Line Support Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst (Windows, MS Office, Active Directory, Exchange, Team Viewer) to join their 2 man team. You will be responsible for providing a first response to telephone and remote support requests and for that reason you MUST have excellent communication skills and be organised.

Day-to-day responsibilities of the 1st Line Support Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst (Windows, MS Office, Active Directory, Exchange, Team Viewer) will include: logging support calls and requests into my client’s helpdesk ticketing system. Prioritising requests, communicating clearly with the users and escalating when necessary.

To be considered for the 1st Line Support Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst role you will require the following skill-set:

  • Windows 7 / Windows 10
  • MS Office 2010 / 2016
  • Experience with iPads and Tablets
  • Active Directory
  • Excellent Communication
  • Enthusiastic
