WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
For this role you must be willing to undergo and maintain high Government Security Clearance
The main tasks and responsibilities of this roles is as follows:
- Responsible for delivery of technical software projects to agreed schedules, cost and quality criteria.
- Efficiently delivering research, software development and integration projects with the ability to manage multiple work streams concurrently.
- Manage governance (milestones, finance, dependencies, risks, issues & opportunities, reporting).
- Collaborative Stakeholder management & engagement across clients, team-mates, dependencies & suppliers.
- Help establish and grow effective & collaborative teams using Northrop Grumman ways of working, backed up by the candidate’s knowledge and experience.
- Responsible for leading bid teams within existing frameworks.
YOU’LL HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH:
- Delivery/Project Management
- Supporting IT/Software/Cyber projects in Government or similar
- Collaboration
- Influencing and Negotiation
- Stakeholder Management
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE INVOLVED WITH:
- Agile Project Management (APM)
- Managing Successful Programmes (MSP)
- Leading bids within commercial frameworks
