Job Function:
• From clearly defined strategic plan; design, deliver, adapt and run integrated marketing and content plan for global technology business
• Reporting to CEO and business development board, work directly with in market sales team (USA, Europe, Asia) and close working relationship with external strategic marketing agency
Core responsibilities
• Design and deliver integrated lead generation/marketing plans for each of the markets working closely with in market sales leaders (Europe, USA, Asia)
• Apply brand and tone of voice across all channels/collateral, taking responsibility for all communications to ensure consistency and pro-active outreach to all key audiences.
• Plan and prioritise appropriate content creation across the website, promotional comms, social media and relevant editorial.
• Work with sales team to drive best use of prospect and customer data (Salesforce), Develop dashboards and reports to improve MI.
• Manage and maintain central calendar and budget for all marketing activity – new business and cross-sell, split by geographical market.
• Drive, engage and heighten the interest of visitors to the website
• Research and devise other intelligent digital lead and brand awareness strategies.
• Organise, deliver and maximise external events and clients’ own events
• Conduct relevant market/competitor research, analyse and report findings to the board.
• Manage PR function and generate schedule of targeted & relevant content/whitepapers
• Fulfil any in-market requests for additional mktg support
• Run customer communications to drive up-sell and cross-sell
• Up-keep library of tender & proposal collateral
• Identify tactical/topical marketing opportunities
• Provide marketing KPI’s for board reports
Person spec:
Innovative, entrepreneurial and driven.
Well versed in process and application but able to thrive in a high growth environment.
Work directly with CEO and board level reports but be sleeves rolled up and involved in the ‘doing’
Seeking a platform to use existing big brand engagement processes and apply them to a high growth environment. International, aeronautical or technology experience beneficial. Natural communicator, strong copywriter, ability to sense relevance to audience, repackage content and develop and utilise swift communications channels. Involvement in digital marketing and the application of typical CRM strategies is key.
