Sales Coordinator (part-time)

Location:  Windsor, England
Salary:  GBP17000 - GBP17000 per annum


As a Sales Coordinator you will provide full sales administrative & team support to the Sales Director and department in an efficient, proactive manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage financial agreements with customers (eg.co-operative spend and sales out allowance) to ensure tightly controlled; requires close liaison between sales, marketing and finance teams, with emphasis on accuracy and proactive tracking to manage sign offs. Uses excel & other systems, and on monthly basis
  • Reporting of top accounts activity: collating information, distributing to teams, and controlling data. Uses click-view & excel, and on monthly basis.
  • Organise, track and report on product samples for customers & others, and FOC, in order to maintain control and minimise costs.
  • Manage and process all sales invoices, debit notes, and provide sales reports / customer updates on weekly basis, or as required
  • Proactive support to help teams on administration (primarily sales & marketing) as required
  • Team Support
  • Actively assist with customer meetings (eg Range Review): planning, set up, requirements on the day, and clearing, to ensure professional, welcoming environment for customers
  • Assist sales team with customer presentation prep and on ad hoc projects, and organise travel and agenda if needed
  • Take notes in meetings as per business needs
  • Organise and manage customer events and shows as needed, ensuring thorough planning & attention to detail
  • Proactive support to help teams handle day to day immediate priorities (primarily sales and marketing)
  • Update customer contact list and be first point of contact for new customers on phone, email & in person

 

Skills required:

  • Flexible mindset, able to support day to day business needs as they arise
  • Advanced PC skills essential (word, excel, powerpoint,), and comfortable working with multiple systems (GPS/Clikview/APO/SAP)
  • Experience in a fast moving sales environment preferred
  • Responsive, professional, and proactive
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerate
