 Trainee Digital Marketing Executive

Reperio Human Capital is one of the largest IT recruitment agencies in Ireland, with a newly opened office in the USA. We are currently searching for someone to join us as a Graduate Marketing Executive / Trainee Digital Marketing Executive and help build our brand.
This position will be based in Belfast.

Focusing on the entire marketing strategy, you will assist in enhancing marketing campaigns and increasing the company profile overall.

What will your responsibilities be?
• Regularly update Reperio’s digital media (including Twitter/Linkedin /Facebook/Instagram)
• SEO optimization & website maintenance
• Analyse website traffic and produce reports using Google Analytics
• Deliver e-campaigns regularly through Mailchimp
• Monitor employee advert usage and provide regular reports on advert traction and appearance
• Produce informative articles on our website to enhance our company presence
• Provide innovative suggestions and solutions
• Assist in organizing regular social events
What do you need?
• Ideally a minimum of 6 months commercial experience in a digital marketing role
• You must be educated to degree level (minimum 2.1 in a Marketing related degree)
• Experience with SEO and Google reporting tools e.g. Analytics
• Experience in online and offline marketing campaigns
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills – be able to communicate ideas to colleagues
• Attention to detail
• Be capable of working under pressure and to deadlines
• Proactive interest in the latest trends and emerging marketing technologies
Desirable experience?
• Experience working with marketing tools such as Hootsuite & Mailchimp
• Experience working with Adobe Suite
• Experience taking and editing photos
• Graphic design experience
